The building is located in the vibrant and beautiful North Berkeley area, within 2 blocks of the UC Berkeley campus. The neighborhood features a variety of fine cafes and restaurants, including the world-famous Chez Panisse, heart of Berkeley’s renowned “Gourmet Ghetto,” and the birthplace of fusion “California Cuisine.”

A rich variety of grocery stores, bookstores, clothing stores, parks with tennis courts, delightful bakeries, banks, a travel agent and a post office are all within short walking distance. Public transportation—including BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) and a shuttle bus to the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory—is also just a quick walk away.

This apartment can be shared by two students by converting the livingroom area into a sleeping area. There is a double door that provides privacy. Furniture configuration can be discussed when application has been accepted.
